दीक्षांत समारोह के लिए अतिथि सूचना

• पर दरवाजे खुलते हैं 1:00 अपराह्न, and the ceremony starts promptly at 1:30 pm.
• Metal detectors will be used upon entrance of the Kiva Auditorium.  Please plan accordingly. 

पार्किंग

The Convocation ceremony takes place at The Albuquerque Convention Center in the Kiva Auditorium. Graduating students, family, and guests can part in the Convention Center garage on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue or at the Civic Plaza garage.  Information regarding parking at the convention center can be found यहाँ उत्पन्न करें.

• Guests are not allowed in the roped off area at any time.

• This event will livestream on the कॉलेज की वेबसाइट.

समारोह के बाद

• It is suggested that graduating students and families and guests pre-plan a meeting location for themselves after the ceremony, to alleviate congestion while exiting the auditorium.
• Workers will begin dismantling the stage and removing event supplies immediately after the ceremony ends, please meet your graduate outside of the event space.
