What I love most about the UNM Anesthesia department is the people. This work is demanding — the cases are complex, the days are long, and the stakes are high. But there is something special about this department that makes all of it feel manageable: we face it together. The sense of togetherness here isn't just a nice bonus — it's woven into the culture of who we are and how we show up for each other every single day.
